Buttons are confusing and don™™t respond to touch as easily as we would have hoped. We don™™t like when timer is goes off it shuts off the oven temperature. So then you have to preheat it again. (And it cools rapidly)

The double convection feature is fabulous. And the oven is very quiet. Never mind the other reviews that complain about noise. The only feature I would change if I had my choice is the oven light does not operate independently for the top and bottom. Otherwise, I give this oven two thumbs up!

I have only had this oven for a couple of weeks, but I can truly say I love it!! Installation was pretty easy considering my original oven was over 20 years old. It did require some shims to fit just right. Warranty registration was super easy and the manual is straightforward. It is super easy to use, sleek and cooks wonderfully-both convection and conventional. I would recommend it for anyone needing a wall double oven!! It's a great oven!

The Frigidaire double oven that I had for 23 years finally gave it up. The control panel went out. It was such a great oven that I wanted to replace it with the same thing. Not a good idea! The new double oven takes forever to heat up! Also, when using the convection oven, it vents heat back into the kitchen! I was able to use the old one in the heat of the summer as it didn™™t heat up the kitchen. It seems like the handles are made of plastic because I can feel a seam that wasn™™t there on the old one.Once it heats up, it cooks well, but still puts out heat.I do not like this oven and would like to return it but it is a few days past the 30 day warranty.

This oven may not have gotten 5 stars if I hadn™™t been dealing with a sketchy oven for so many month! But, then again, maybe it would. Fits in my built in space and looks great. But even better, it cooks to temp perfectly. I like the fact the window is so large in the door and I can clearly see what is cooking. The actual oven seems so much bigger than my old one. It is a bigger oven in the same space. Outstanding.

Easy to read display and very easy to operate. I love how big the windows are. The oven stays at the proper temperature. The preheat feature is a bonus; once it™™s preheated you set the time and pop the food into the oven. When the time is up, it shuts itself off; no more worry about overcoming because I™™m in the middle of something else. Really great value!

Giving a "generic" review at this time. Purchased on 4-4, delivered on 4-7. Installed on 4-15. All went well with the installation. When I opened the oven to set the racks two of the four were so tight I had to pull quite hard to remove. They don't fit on the lower slots in either oven, scrape when I try to enter in upper slots. Don's waste your time calling. Human contact doesn't exist and chat is inactive.I purchased this product based on reviews and experience with an induction cook top so I ultimately expect once this is corrected to elevate the rating.Customer support is quite lacking

Only had it a short time, but so far been very happy with our new oven. Some time and temp adjustments needed as this unit cooks things faster than our previous unit. The interface is intuitive and easy to see from across the room. Installation was simple - we did it ourselves.

We love our Frigidaire double oven. We were unable to see a floor model before we bought it, so we weren't sure how it would look exactly. The picture of it looks matte. It is not matte. It is very sleek and very shiny black. It matches our other kitchen appliances perfectly. We also love the convection feature; it is very quiet and cooks the contents of the oven evenly. We are very happy with our purchase.

I am very disappointed with my new double oven. The bake function does not work well - the oven does not maintain the programmed temperature, but looses 60 degrees within 10 minutes. This is very disconcerting. Fridgedaire did send a repairman out who said these ovens were made to cycle down the temperature during baking, which makes no sense to me. The repairman only tested the convection option, however, which is working fine, so he™™ll return next week to test the bake option. By the way, I replaced my Jen Aire double oven after 22 happy years of use because the temperature relay had gone bad and that part has been discontinued. I bought a new oven because my old one could not maintain the oven temperature. Now a have a new oven with the same problem! I didn™™t need to spend $2600 for an oven with the same problem as the one I trashed!Another issue is the broiling function. You must keep the door closed while broiling which creates a lot of moisture and essentially braises the meat instead of broiling it. In addition, the oven door window fogs up with a lot of dripping moisture which can only be remedied by running the oven at 400 degrees to dry it out. How is this energy efficient - using an empty oven to dry out moisture that settles between the outer and inner glass? It is not. I won™™t be using the broiling function, that™™s for sure!

My new Frigidaire double wall oven arrived after a 5 week wait. It was purchased at BestBuy. When the power was turned on, there was an Error 30 code and said to call a service number. Also, the display was not square with its view window. It was crooked. Poor quality control.

I love using our new double ovens! Both of them have a very large interior and can fit two casseroles each! I™™ve been baking and roasting and the heat distribution is very even. Temperatures seem to be right on as well. I like the display and easy to use functions.

It's a good thing because they will be getting good use with Thanksgiving just around the corner. We are keeping Frigidaire in mind while we are looking for a new fridge.

I chose this oven because it was black and matched my other appliances and because it would fit in the existing cutout for my old ovens with little adjustment. My son completed a beautiful installation by filling 1 1/2™ gap at the bottom with a strip of solid cherry that matched my cabinets. I am very pleased with the addition to my kitchen. The oven heats and bakes very well but I have a problem with the oven cook time feature that turns the oven off automatically when the timer runs down to zero. Very oftenI will need to leave the oven on for a few more minutes to complete cooking or browning but the oven has already turned off. I find it very inconvenient to have to completely reset the oven temperature to complete cooking for a couple more minutes. Otherwise I am very happy with the oven.

When we had to replace our 25 year old double oven we did a lot of research to get exactly what we wanted - and this is it! You would think it would be easy to find an oven with dual convection but it's not. This oven has everything we wanted without all the extras we did not need. I am loving cooking and baking again and must also say it's quiet and intuitive to use.

I was afraid to get a convection oven. I'm old school and I felt like I was too old to learn how to bake all over again, but I couldn't be more pleased. When the day came for installation I was very nervous. It wasn't a perfect fit, but I knew with Frigidaire's guaranteed fit I was in good shape.And I can't praise enough the ease of operation.Again, I'm old school and I thought knob control would be better for me..Wrong! The touch screen is just too easy to operate.Thank you for a terrific product and Made in America cinched the sale for me.

In 2010 we purchased a GE Trivection double oven. This Frigidare does not match up to the GE even with 12 years of new technology. The rear fan runs all the time whether the convection is chosen or not. There is no option for the light in only one oven, it goes on in both ovens. The time it takes to get up to temperature is too long, even with the fan running all the time. Setting the temperature should have a number pad not a + or - setting method. But it looks good
